Crown Jewel - Rivington Pike Sunset

The Pike Tower in Rivington, Lancashire is a common spot for sunset enthusiasts, and a great focal point to use as a subject. This shot was the culmination of some trial and error, a bit of basic map work and some luck. For just a second or two the sun appears balanced on the top of the tower and then, in a moment it is gone.
