Foggy light trails

On a bitterly cold winter evening in Clifton (of Salford, Greater Manchester, UK) a fog settled and created this gloomy street scene. The evening rush had passed and so there wasn't a great deal of traffic, but I managed to line up vehicles passing in both directions to get this shot. Rather fittingly, the orange lights seen coming towards me on the right were those of a gritter, and moments after the shutter closed I was sprayed in road salt!
