All your ducks in a row

In an amazing feat of bravery (or naivete), this mallard mother of four casually walks her young ducklings up a busily flowing weir into calmer waters. I watched in amazement - before and after taking this photo - and was quite surprised when all four plus mum made it up without even a slip.
